How Serving Works
Four levels of serving.
Some roles are open to anyone who wants to get involved right away. Others require more commitment, influence, or modeling for others. Every opportunity is tagged with one of these four levels so you can find the right place to serve.
Level 1
Yes to Serving
Open to anyone who wants to begin serving. These roles require a willing heart, light training, and a spirit of humility.

Level 2
Yes to a Recurring Role
These roles require consistency, reliability, and a growing maturity in Jesus and a commitment to His Word. They ask you to take on responsibility in an ongoing way.

Level 3
Yes to Influence
These roles involve visible influence over others — leading discussions, mentoring, or guiding people spiritually. They require both commitment to and alignment with Connect's convictions and discipleship vision.

Level 4
Yes to Responsibility & Modeling
These are the highest levels of trust, reserved for those who model both theological and lifestyle convictions. Leaders at this level carry responsibility for shaping culture, teaching truth, and modeling Christlike living.
